Le Projet “ONE CLASS! Open Network for Education”
Le projet propose une solution de SATCOM intégrée avec des services d’apprentissage en ligne, visant à soutenir deux activités principales:
1. Le Multi-classes en Basilicate: ONE CLASS! soutient les écoles rurales situées dans la région de Basilicate (IT), qui doivent faire face au problème des «multi-classes» avec la contrainte supplémentaire représentée par l’isolement géographique.
2. Services d’intégration sociale pour les mineurs étrangères non accompagnés : ONE CLASS! soutient les organisations non-gouvernementales, les centres d’accueil pour immigrants et tous les autres operateurs sociaux actifs dans le domaine, qui doivent offrir aux mineurs non accompagnés étrangers services d’inclusion éducative et sociale, étant souvent situés dans des zones très isolés.
En particulier, les deux composantes du projet s’occupent des points suivants :
1. Le Multi-classes en Basilicate:
Le projet soutiendra la région de la Basilicate et les institutions d’enseignement en général, qui ont besoin d’assurer à chaque élève présente dans une multi-classe l’accès au programme éducatif complet comme exécute dans les classes ordinaires, où chaque niveau dispose d’une équipe d’enseignement dédié. Pour cet but, ONE CLASS! offre une solution SATCOM visant à:
• surmonter l’isolement numérique via la technologie satellitaire ;
• fournir un nouveau modèle didactique
• Innover le système éducatif vers une dimension active de l’apprentissage
Le projet veut créer “une classe” virtuellement ouvert à plusieurs utilisateurs et offrant des possibilités d’accès à contenus, relations et enseignements plus larges que ceux offerts par une classe physique habituelle.
Au niveau technique, le modèle didactique proposée par ONE CLASS ! sera basé sur:
• l’utilisation quotidienne de la vidéoconférence entre le multi-classe et le niveau correspondant de l’école standard (enseignement synchrone);
• une plate-forme eLearning en cloud avec contenus éducatifs supplémentaires (enseignement asynchrone).
Dans l’ensemble, le pilote en Basilicate durera 8 mois et impliquera un réseau de 28 sites, répartis entre multi-classes et écoles standard d’enseignement primaire. En outre, 2 lycées Internationaux (1 situé dans la province de Potenza; 1 situé dans la province de Matera) seront impliqué pour soutenir l’éducation multilingue en coopération avec 2 écoles internationales situées dans deux pays européens différents.
Enfin, le pilote sera étendu à 2 multi-classes pédiatriques dans l’hôpital de Matera et Potenza, pour répondre aux besoins éducatifs de ces élèves (patients) étant sous traitement médical.
2. Services d’intégration sociale pour les mineurs étrangers non accompagnés :
Le projet soutien les opérateurs sociaux / ONG qui gèrent les centres d’accueil aux immigrants, qui font face au problème d’assurer aux étrangers mineurs non accompagnés des parcours éducatifs favorisant l’inclusion sociale dans les communautés locales.
Le projet représente une occasion importante pour les mineurs pour créer :
– des parcours de formation personnalisé et certifié dans un environnement collaboratif et ouvert;
– des liens avec les gens / parents vivant dans les pays d’origine;
– la possibilité d’être en contact avec le pays d’origine grâce aux médias locaux;
– intégration sociale et opportunités professionnelle.
Pour le pilote, les activités suivantes seront réalisée:
• vidéoconférence quotidien entre le centre d’accueil de mineurs et les classes correspondantes situées dans les écoles d’Afrique (enseignement synchrone).
• Enrichissement et valorisation du temps scolaire supplémentaire grâce à l’accès à la plate-forme cloud d’e-learning contenant contenus pédagogiques (enseignement asynchrone).
Les activités pilotes dureront 5 mois et le réseau sera composé de 4 sites pilotes:
• 2 multi-classes situées dans la région de Sicile (Italie);
• 2 classes de situés dans deux pays d’Afrique différents.
